Customer Notice
Due to current government Guidelines cause by Covid-19, there have been new rules and regulations put in place to help protect you and our staff.
We ask all our customers to take a moment to read our new temporary rules. Anyone found to be breaking these rules will be reminded of these rules, however repeat or purposful breaches will result in being
told to leave the premises immediately without warning or refund
- As a tempory measure our capacity inside the premises is 36 people seated , in our garden area we are allowing a maximum of 20 people at anyone time, we recomend booking to avoid dissapointment however garden tables are on a first come first served basis only
- Customers will be asked to queue outside, with a minimum 2-meter distance between each party.
Customers will then be directed by a member of staff through the Lounge door.
- Only one party will be able to enter at a time.
It is Estimated and appreciated that each party will only require their table for an hour to an hour and a half whilst visiting us thus allowing us to sanitize customer areas between uses allowing us to keep you our valued customers as safe as possible.
( Depending on availability these times may be extended)
- Following government guidelines the temperature (using a contactless thermometer) of all members of a party must be taken before being allowed entry.
- If anyone of that party has a temperature above the government guideline of 37.8C then the whole party will be asked to return at a later date .
- Sanitizer stations are located at every entrance and exit and outside of our conveniences and we ask that all customers please make use of these.
- A one-way system will be put into place to reduce traffic and adhere to Social Distancing.
There will be one entrance and exit depending on what area a customer is sat in.
(E.g. If a customer is sat in the “Lounge” then they would be directed to exit the establishment through the Beer Garden.)
- All Restroom facilities will be locked. If required, access will be provided to one Unisex Restroom.
These facilities will be sanitised after every use to reduce the risk of cross contamination between customers.
- We ask that all tables and chairs must remain in their allocated places to maintain the social distancing that we have achieved (this is approx 1.5m)
- Apart from the restrooms, all doors on site will remain open to reduce cross contamination.
- Our waiting staff will be wearing p.p.e and we ask that you are courteous to them at all times, we will be asking them to limit to the best of their ability visits to your table during your visit, call buttons will be issued to each table should you require assistance.
- All table side ordering will be suspended until further notice, exception may be made to those that require assistance, where possible we would appreciate it if customers could place both their food and drinks orders at the bar on entry.
- We ask that children that are under 12 years of age, are not in the premises after 8pm.
- Although we are still dog friendly we ask that you inform us of your plans to visit so as to avoid dissapointment, we will also need you to inform us once you have arrived to enable us to allow you safe access to the premises.
- Although Card Payments are preffered, we do also accept cash payment
